Gozde Efe
Executive Director & Board Member
Gozde is an artist, educator and entrepreneur. She received an MFA degree in Film and New Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2016. She worked for many non profit organizations including United Nations, UNICEF, Institute of Francais, European Arts Commission, Benihoff Children's Hospital and more.
Asako Shimazaki
Board Member
​Asako Shimazaki is an artist, exhibiting her work in both the US and Japan, and is represented in the permanent collection at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
​
She was born in Tokyo, Japan. In 1984, Shimazaki left Japan and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, and in 1991 completed her BFA in photography at the San Francisco Art Institute.
​
She has been teaching in Montessori Children's House of the West Coast in San Francisco since 1998.
Vivienne Antal
Board Member & Advisor
Vivienne served in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Senior Stakeholder Liaison for 21 years. She is a certified trainer of applied compassion training. She developed a program for teaching compassion cultivation and de-escalation of conflict at Stanford University in 2020.
